For more than a decade, Erica poured her heart into teaching — shaping young minds in the classroom while raising a growing family at home. But after the arrival of her fifth child, she felt a new calling — one that combined her lifelong love for people with her desire to make a difference beyond the classroom.
Adopted as a toddler, Erica has always believed that every life is precious and purposeful. That belief didn’t just shape her personal story — it shaped her passion. Today, she serves as Policy Director for Louisiana Right to Life, where she advocates for the unborn and supports families facing life-changing decisions.
Driven by that same passion for justice and compassion, Erica went back to school — this time, law school. Balancing motherhood, advocacy, and late-night study sessions wasn’t easy, but it strengthened her conviction that determination and faith can overcome just about anything.
Now, as an attorney at Inzina Law Firm, Erica uses those same qualities — patience, empathy, and grit — to help families navigate the difficult aftermath of serious accidents. Whether it’s protecting the rights of injury victims or guiding a client through one of the hardest seasons of their life, Erica approaches every case with the same care she gives her own family.
